The starting point was a car accident. My hard drive, containing my photo archive, was on the back seat and got damaged upon impact. A significant amount of the photos was deleted. After attempting to recover the data, many photos were corrupted, which I simply referred to as the Abrieb. In this case, the accident happened to the photos, which I called the 'memory of humanity in today's world.'

This series was created along one of Tehran’s most emblematic urban routes: from Enghelab (Revolution) Street to Azadi (Freedom) Square. Yet Freedom does not end there – it continues, spatially and symbolically. Running parallel is Jomhori (Republic) Street, which eventually stops at Tohid (Unity/Monotheism) Square. Like parallel lines, they will never meet.
The photographs reflect the everyday realities of people, shops, and streets that lie between Revolution and Freedom. They are fragments of urban life, captured in a space where history, politics, and daily routine intersect.
